What is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy?
Our Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) program is designed to focus on the management, reduction and/or resolution of symptoms associated with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). CBT focuses on changing negative thinking, learning techniques to cope with stressful situations and helps clients to manage their own behaviors.
